They are now telling me that the turbo needs to be replaced. They believe that the wastegate valve is frozen and that is causing the overboost condition. This is the second turbo I am having installed due to this. Is this something that I should expect for the life of the truck or is it just bad luck. The last turbo is less than a year old.
